Master in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PMIR) is a two-year full-time postgraduate degree program focusing on personnel management, HR, labour welfare, and industrial relations. The program consists of 28 papers spread across four semesters — 26 theory papers and 2 practical project papers.
Any graduate with 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST) is eligible to apply. Selection is typically done based on entrance examination performance, personal interview, and career score.
